Curiosity Unleashed!
-
Students learn about a specific app or program and how to use it as a tool in modern life. For example, they could learn to make digital art, then turn it into a card for someone special.
-
The clubs introduce digital or program, then present the problem for the student to work though using the tool. There is always an effort to relate the tools to their life.
-
All our members are DBS checked and other than gathering reference material, the machines are kept offline.
-
Absolutely! The sessions are designed to be really fun! The goal is to get students comfortable using computers. There is no demand to be ‘job-ready’. Where possible, a single aspect of the lesson is gamified. You cannot make a game out of all tasks as the students focus gets diverted, but you can make lots of small games out of small packets of information (for example, the layout of a program, what a single operation dose)

Each student £9/session

A teacher will be helping guide the class, depending on location and resources.
